Mollies Delicious
An american variety. The tree is vigorous, with moderately thick crown. Blossoms late on the average, and is a good polinator. Its pollinators are: Granny Smith, Prima, Ozark Gold and those of the kind of Red and Golden Delicious. The variety ripes early and produces heavy crops, is moderately sensitive to apple scab and and powdery mildew. The fruits are large to very large, conical to elongated conical (similar to the fruits of Red Delicious). They are light green with bright red coloring, covering most of the fruit. The flesh is cream-colored, tender, sweet, with pleasant aroma and very good quality. They ripe around the middle of August, and tolerate well manipulation and transportation.
